(CR.NO. 80 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to exrend time to petitioner to make deposit a sum of Rs. 6,00,000/- (Six Lakhs ) to the credit of the Crime No. 80 / 2021 and surrender and execute sureties in Crl.OP.No. 24665 of 2021 for order dated 05.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PERIASWAMY.I, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 05.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24665 of 2021 to execute sureties.
