Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a cased based on the petitioners complaint dated 24.04.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute relates to selling and delivery of goods. Since the dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature, no direction as sought https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for by the petitioner can be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
