2021 by the Hon'ble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.C.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.V.BALAMURUGANE, Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23276 of 2021 on 10.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
