3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there were two CSRs in CSR Nos.185 and 186 of 2020 that were pending before the Inspector of Police, Semmancheri Police Station. Both these complaints were subsequently transferred to the Central Crime Branch and Central Crime Branch has consolidated both these complaints and registered an FIR in Crime No.60 of 2021 dated 27.02.2021 for an offence under Sections 408, 465, 468 read with Section 34 and 120(b) of IPC. The learned Government Advocate submitted that both complaints are going to be investigated by the CCB and that is the reason why the name of the accused persons found in both complaints have been shown in the FIR.
