ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed challenging the acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that earlier, the petitioner filed W.P.No.2576 of 1986 and that the petitioner was a subsequent purchaser of the property. The said writ petition was also dismissed. Thereafter, the above writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he is going to get change of vakalat and that he is yet to get the bundle.

4. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has already lost his right in the previous writ petition. This writ petition is of the year 2002, which cannot be kept endlessly pending before this Court.
