ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw the DVC.No.72 of 2016, on the file of the learned X Additional Mahila Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, for joint trial with the O.P.No.3064 of 2014 and grant such other appropriate reliefs.

2. It is represented that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Court below and a Joint Memo of Compromise has also been filed before the Court below. In view of the settlement between the parties, the petition before the Court below was disposed of.

3. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
