2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. Accordingly, in paragraph No.11 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1280/2021, dated 11.08.2023, at line No.8, " the Director General of Police, Crime Branch, CID, Chennai " shall be read as, " the Additional Director General of Police, Chennai". Like wise, in paragraph No.11 of the above order, at line No.14, " within a period of three months" shall be read as, " within a period of four months".

4. In other respects, the earlier order dated 11.08.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1280/2021 shall stand unaltered.
