This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to deposit 20% of cheque amount of Rs.58,000/- as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25004 of 2023 dated 01.11.2023.

2.The time granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

3.This petition is disposed of accordingly.
