This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 756 days in representing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.97771 of 2017.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from today.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
