Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 P.M. until further orders imposed on the petitioners in Crl. OP. No. 23875 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SWAMISUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23875 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
