This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant leave and permit the petitioner to challenge the settlement memo dated 10.04.2021 made in Lok Adalat Case No.17 of 2021 in OS.No.20 of 2021 on the file of Sub Court, Uthangarai.

2. It is submitted that Lok Adalat award was falsely obtained by not making the petitioner as a party.

3. Considering the circumstances, leave granted.
