ORDER

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The above writ petition was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court by order dated 05.12.2016 to explore a possibility of settlement. Before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the parties filed a joint memo dated 06.2.2017, which has been recorded and the matter has been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the said joint memo 06.2.2017 filed by both the parties, the writ petition is closed and the parties shall abide by the terms of the said joint memo. No costs.
