2. This petition has been filed to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court to the respondents 2 to 5 by an order dated 04.11.20215 in Crl.O.P.No.26791 of 2015.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 had entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise in Crl.O.P.No.6881 of 2023 in order to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.25 of 2016. The said Joint Memo of Compromise was taken on file and the said C.C.No.25 of 2016 was also closed. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.
4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
