2.Even though the learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is no delay as the Appeals have been filed even before receipt of certified copy of the order, this Court even on merits is convinced that the petitioner has given valid reasons. Mr.SK.Rahul Vivek, learned counsel, who takes notice for the contesting respondents, has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3.Hence, this Court, being convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, condones the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to number the Appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 31.01.2025. (S.S.SUNDAR J.)
