The above Insolvency petition coming on this day before this court for hearing through video conferencing in the presence of the Deputy Official Assignee of this court herein; and the Petitioner herein not appearing in person or by advocate; and upon reading the Petition of A.Raghunathan filed herein; and this court having observed that in spite of the fact that no claims were received from creditors, the insolvent failed to file a petition for discharge and the insolvent was not represented at multiple consecutive hearings
