ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of enquiry without issuing summons under Section 41A of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there is no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner with the fourth respondent police.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Writ Petition is dismissed as not necessary. No costs.
