CR.NO.4104 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to granted in sureties order passed in Crl.OP.No.18949/2020 and the same has been ordered on 15.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.T.SHANMUGA RAJESWARAN, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18949 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 for furnishing sureties.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
