This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.264 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is unable to contact the petitioners and he had already given a letter dated 19.02.2019 to the Registrar (Judicial), Madras High Court, Chennai. On perusal of the same, it is found that the petitioners have become inaccessible and they have no inclination to continue with the above case.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
