This is a petition seeking to condone the delay of 547 days in representing the above Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the Adyar Cancer Institute, on or before 03.02.2020, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed.
