The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the name of the petitioner is Jagadhish @ Jagathish Pandian.

However, his name is given in the F.I.R. and the order copy as Jagadhish and thereby, he is unable to execute sureties. Hence, he prays to amend the petitioner's name as Jagadhish @ Jagathish Pandian.
