ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to file the final report in Crime No.47 of 2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.47 of 2013 on 11.03.2013. Hence, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible before the concerned Court and intimate the same to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
