O R D E R
Mr.G.Anantharangan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the second respondent to conclude the enquiry conducted on 18.01.2018 in respect of the petitioner's property situated at Flat No.22/12, Second Floor, M.K.B.Nagar, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-600 039 and pass final orders.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has purchased a Flat bearing No.22/12, Second Floor, M.K.B.Nagar, Vyasarpadi, Chennai-600 039 and rented the same to a third party. It is also seen that the Revenue records in respect of the subject matter property have been mutated in the name of some third party. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has already made a representation on 28.09.2017 to the first respondent.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
