(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This Court by order dated 17.07.2017 directed the Family Court to dispose of the HMOP.No.22 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of that order.

2.The learned Judge, Additional Family Court has written a letter dated 26.07.2019, requesting two more months as she has joined the station only on 09.07.2019. In view of that time is extended by another two months to dispose of the HMOP. Accordingly, HMOP.No.22 of 2010 has to be disposed of on or before 31.10.2019.
