O R D E R
The subject matter of challenge in these criminal original petitions pertains to one of the condition that was imposed by the Court below while suspending the sentence by directing the petitioners to deposit 20% of the compensation amount. 2.The main ground that has been raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the Court below did not assign any reasons to direct the petitioners to straight away deposit 20% of the compensation amount. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, this Court is inclined to extend the time for the deposit of the amount. Considering the large amount that is involved in this case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for sixty days from today. The petitioners shall comply with the condition within the time stipulated by this Court. If the petitioners fails to comply with this condition within the time stipulated by this 2/4
Court, it is left open to the Court below to cancel the order of suspension of sentence and make the petitioners undergo the sentence imposed by the Trial Court.
