ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the Respondents more particularly, the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.10.2013 and dispose of the same by directing him to issue patta to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner for an extent of 40 cents in Survey No.22/8E in Mallur Village, Salem Taluk and District on the basis of title documents produced by him after deleting an extent of three cents mistakenly included in Survey No.129/8C.

The petitioner seeks for grant of patta in Mallur Village and requested the first respondent to effect necessary correction in the patta based on the document of title produced in the petition which has been mistakenly included in survey No.129/8C. In this regard, a representation given by the petitioner is pending before the first respondent dated 25-10-2013. 3.
Heard the learned Government Advocate on the above submission.

Though the third respondent has been served and his name has been printed in the cause-list none appears for the third respondent nor is any representation made on his behalf. 5.
In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 25-10-2013, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and conducting an enquiry in person with the parties within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation afresh, along with a copy of this order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
