The petitioners who were arrayed as A1 to A14 have filed this petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 17 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on completion of investigation in Crime No.17 of 2015, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Court, the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tiruvannamalai and taken on file as C.C.No.278 of 2018. He would further submit that in the charge sheet the list of witnesses were 1 to 22, the case was lastly came on 02.07.2020 and the same was adjourned for appearance of the accused.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/complaint submits that on completion of investigation in Crime No.17 of 2015, the respondent police filed charge sheet and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, the same is dismissed.
