This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the Respondent to file final Report in FIR No.127/2024 in time bound
manner.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondentPolice and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner herein had already filed other petition in Crl.O.P.No.2922 of 2024 seeking direction to the respondent-Police herein to register a case and to investigate the same. Based only on the directions of this Court in the abovesaid criminal original petition, the respondent-Police had registered the case. Since the respondent-Police has not filed the final report so far, the petitioner is constrained to file this criminal original petition.
4. The respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and laid a charge sheet within a period of three months.
5. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
