Learned counsels for the first and second respondents/Banks before us state that the only impediment in making payment to the petitioners/appellants is on account of absence of the original FDR Receipts and a copy of the Succession Certificate.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that qua the original FDR Receipts, they are possibly deposited in the Court. He, thus, submits that if they are deposited in the Court, in view of the matter being disposed of, he will obtain certified copies, submit them to the Court, to get released of the originals, which will be submitted to the Banks along with a copy of the Succession Certificate.
3. On such documents being submitted, the Banks will process the same for payment within a maximum period of fifteen days on deposit of these documents.
