Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 and receive the documents and register the Sale Deed of the petitioner in respect of landed property situated at R.S.No.565/1, Velli Thiruppur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District to an extent of 3.67 acres.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018, the respondents have not passed any order so far. 4.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to submit all the supportive documents to the respondents for considering the representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2018 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of the documents.
6.With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
