PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, praying to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18835 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.494 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the criminal appeal.

ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18835 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.494 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025, directing that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the criminal appeal".

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.S.Raja Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition.

4. In view of the same, the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(c) of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.18835 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.494 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025 is modified, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. 30.01.2026 cda 2/4
