In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2022, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
