O.A.Nos.776 & 777 of 2009 in C.S No.659 of 2009 A.A. NAKKIRAN,J.

These applications have been filed to grant ad interim injunction against the respondents from disparaging the applicant's Pond's Dreamflower Talc in any other manner whatsoever, pending disposal of the suit.

2.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that the main suit in C.S. No.659 of 2009 had already been decreed by Judgment dated 21.09.2016 of this Court in terms of Compromise entered between the parties.

3.Hence, these applications are closed.
