This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 474 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

Mr.S.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent stated that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

Though notice has been served on the respondents 3, 4 & 5 and their names being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 474 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
