Prayer: This Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and pass orders to disqualify and remove the 3rd respondent from the post of Chairman, Ulunderpet block Panchayat Union council, Ulunderpet, Kallakurichi District and to take further action for the recovery of illegal gratification derived by the 3rd and 4th respondents and grant such other relief.
