PRAYER : Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of code of Civil Procedure against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.90 of 2005 dated 25.02.2008 by the Subordinate Court, Thirupattur reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.121 of 1995 dated 31.08.2005 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi, praying that the same may be set aside and the judgment and decree of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaniyambadi passed in O.S.No.121 of 1995 dated 31.08.2005 may be restored. For Appellant : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.T.R.Rajaraman .

J U D G M E N T

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.06.2021, there was no representation on the side of the appellant. Once again, on 06.07.2021, there was no representation on the side of the Appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.07.2021. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the Appellant. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
