JUDGMENT

Today, when the appeal came up for hearing, Ms.Anjane Vasan (Enrl.No.3002/2018), learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.P.Valliappan, who is the learned counsel for the appellants, appeared before this Court through Video Conference and made a submission that the appellants are not interested in proceeding with the appeal.
