Alleging that the order of this Court dated 20.02.2018 passed in W.P.No.33400 of 2017, has not been complied with by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present Contempt Petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court dated 20.02.2018, has been complied with by the respondent. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5116/E1/2018, dated 24.08.2018, to that effect. 3.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
