2. Both learned counsel submit that captioned application is under Section 29A of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with a prayer for extension of time to make arbitral award qua OP.No.220 of 2021.

3. Both learned counsel submit that the extension has become inevitable and attributable reasons which have beyond the control of both sides.

4. This Court having perused the affidavit filed in support of captioned application considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, deems it appropriate to accede to the request of extension of time of the Arbitral Tribunal qua OP.No.220 of 2021 by six(6) months from today i.e., up to 15.09.2022.

Captioned application ordered in the aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
