ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Cr.No.307 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and to quash the same as illegal.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.11.2019, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai has filed a report dated 14.11.2019, wherein it is stated that the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Cell, Vepery Chennai has laid a negative final report as "further action dropped". The trial Court has also issued notice to the defacto complainant for filing objections, the defacto complainant appeared before the trial Court on 12.11.2019 and endorsed that she has no objection to close the FIR and accepted the negative report filed by CCB Police.

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication, hence, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
