COMMON ORDER It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that the sole appellant passed away long back and, inspite of his best efforts, he is not in a position to reach the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and has expressed his inability to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. In the circumstances, this court is left with no other option except to dismiss these three second appeals as abated. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as abated consequent upon the death of the sole appellant. However, it is made clear that, in case if the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant intend to pursue the appeals, they are at liberty to file appropriate applications. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
