Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to issue a direction directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in survey No.203/7 and demarcate the same by accepting the petitioner's application dated 28.03.2012 with appropriate fees within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a writ of mandamus to issue a direction directing the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in survey No.203/7 and demarcate the same by accepting the petitioner's application dated 28.03.2012.
2. The petitioner approached for limited prayer to survey his land comprised in survey No.203/7 and to demarcate the same. In this regard, the petitioner submitted his application on 28.03.2012. Due to lapse of nine years of period, the said application cannot be considered now. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application with requisite fee before the authority concerned. On receipt of the same, the authority concerned is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
