ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 01.08.2019 made in W.A.No. 1888 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that an order has been passed in purported compliance of the orders passed by the Bench, rejecting the representation of the petitioner. It is also submitted that the said rejection order has been served on the petitioner.
