ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from in any manner granting aid to the fourth respondent as Secretary of Kalaivani Aided Elementary School situated at No.15, Thangalla Ramasamy Chetty Stree, Dharnampettai, Guidyatham, Vellore -632 601 in violation of the order passed in WP.No.22947 of 2010 dated 25.04.2013.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and perused the records placed before this Court. 3.Since the issue involved herein is the subject matter of the Contempt Petition No.2828 of 2016, this writ petition stands closed, in view of the order dated 14.02.2018 passed in the said contempt petition.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
