BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, N-3 MUTHIALPET POLICE STATION, MUTHIALPET, CHENNAI, (CRIME NO.956 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.6(c) i.e. the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court on 11.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19642 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.RAJESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19642 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19642 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
