ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to take necessary steps to trace and to facilitate the return of her husband to India.

2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and her husband returned to India and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.
