ORDER

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice S.M.SUBRAMANIAM) The review application has been filed against the interim order passed by this Court on 04.10.2004.

2. This Court made an observation that the applicant Society was not diligent in prosecuting the matter and there is no reason why no action was taken before 24.04.2004.
