Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent herein in the Provisional Selection List after revised Certificate Verification for Direct Recruitment for Post Graduate Assistant (Geography) in Government Higher Secondary Schools for the year 2012-2013 (for which Examination was conducted on 21.07.2013 and revised Certificate Verification was conducted on 17.01.2014) published on 18.02.2014 and to quash the same to the limited extent of the selection of the 4th Respondent (Roll No. 13 PG 15090007) against MBC / DNC turn and his placement at Sl.No.14 in the said list and the non selection of the petitioner herein and to consequently include the name of the Petitioner (Roll No.
13 PG29090145) in the place of the 4th respondent in the said list by declaring that he is selected for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant (Geography) against MBC/DNC turn and to appoint the petitioner to the said post with effect from the date of appointment of other selectees in the said list and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
