PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2022 in view of the order in Cr.M.P.No.888 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022 passed by the learned Special District Court for SC/ST, Perambalur.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2022 in view of the order in Cr.M.P.No.888 of 2022 dated 20.10.2022 passed by the learned Special District Court for SC/ST, Perambalur.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report in Crime No.165 of 2023 was registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(1) of IPC and 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.
3. In view of the registration of First Information Report, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
