ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court on 28.03.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.8300 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that

this Court directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.30 of 2016, within a period of three months. As directed by this Court, the 2nd respondent completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.111 of 2020, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tharangambadi. Therefore, the order has been duly complied with by the respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, no contempt is made as against the respondents and absolutely there is no wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court.
