PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, To relax the condition imposed in the order dated 28.11.2025 made in Crl.MP.No.23052 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1385 of 2025 by dispensing with the Mandatory appearance before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three months and before the trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30 a.m. until disposal of the criminal revision case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.23052 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1385 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for the period of three months and shall also appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.23052 of 2025 in Crl.RC.No.1385 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025, is modified. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
